Why we use your data
We process form submissions to respond to appointment requests and enquiries (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent. Clinical records created at the practice are handled under separate NHS/private dental confidentiality rules.

- Supabase — stores lead submissions and CMS content securely.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails to our practice inbox.
- Google reCAPTCHA — helps prevent spam on forms.
- Google Maps — embedded map on the contact page (loads when you visit that page).
Retention
Website lead submissions are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or longer where needed for legal or clinical reasons. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@family-dental.co.uk.
