Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We are currently accepting both new NHS and private patients, and we look forward to welcoming you to one of the friendliest dental practices in London.

What if I cannot attend my appointment?

Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated missed appointments are covered by our Failure to Attend policy — our reception team can talk you through it.

When do I pay for my treatment?

Payment is taken in line with our Payment Policy. Our reception team will always explain any charges before treatment begins, and 0% finance is available for larger private treatments.

Who do I contact to give feedback or make a complaint?

Your feedback matters to us. Please contact our Practice Manager, Ms Caroline Kelly. We aim to make every visit as pleasant as possible and handle any concerns quickly and fairly.

Question 5

Do I qualify for free NHS treatment?

Accepted Answer

NHS treatment is free if you are under 18 (or under 19 in full-time education), pregnant or a nursing mother, or in a low-income group such as income support. Proof of entitlement is required at each course of treatment.

Question 6

What should I do in a dental emergency?

If you have severe toothache, swelling, trauma, a knocked-out tooth or uncontrolled bleeding, call us straight away on 0208 654 1434. Most urgent treatments are dealt with in a single appointment.
